Michael Jackson, the legendary King of Pop, who rose to become one of the greatest recording artists of all time died June 25, 2009. One of the largest celebrities in the world, died Thursday at the age of 50.
The circumstances of Jackson’s death were not clear. Jackson was said to have not been breathing when LA Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at around 12:30 p.m.
Jackson’s death marked the end a tragic and bizarre career. His peak was in the 1980s hen he was the most all-around performer, shattering the race barrier on MTV and amazing all with his dancing skills.
